PSYCHOLOGICALLY ORIENTED FOCUS GROUPS:

Our focus groups, conducted by psychologically trained moderators, allow us to interact directly with respondents for the purpose of learning their deeply held beliefs and emotions.  Through the use of proprietary techniques we are able to explore the underlying psychological motivations of the respondents.


In addition, our moderators are trained to observe non-verbal responses such as body language, gestures, smiles, frowns, and other signals, which may carry information that supplements (and, on occasion, even contradicts) the verbal response.

Each focus group is run by duel moderators with specific skills and objectives.  One is trained to analyze the unconscious or non-verbal responses.  The second moderator is adept at eliciting content and takes into account the rational responses.  These unique psychologically oriented focus groups yield richer, more meaningful information than typical market research firms can provide.

We can obtain deeper levels of meaning, make important connections, and identify subtle nuances in expression and meaning.
